Precautions for minors under 15 years of age to enter the Philippines

Under the Philippine Immigration Act, minors under the age of 15 are not allowed to enter the Philippines unless accompanied by mother or father. 

Therefore, minors under the age of 15 are rich.One of the mother must accompany the mother, and she is a parent at the request of the Philippine Immigration Service.

Sometimes you have to prove it. (If you are accompanied by your mother, make sure your mother's passport says <W/O father's last name>, because the pediatric gender is misrepresented.)

2. EXCEPT

As an exception to the above principles, adults over 20 years old (in-director) are either parents or legal guardians (with no parents, divorce, etc.)

You can enter the country if you carry the "Private Commission of the Child" (the consignment letter) of the guardian and lead the child into the country together.

In this case, please prepare the following documents.

 Go. The Commissioner for the Children's Services (Postal Book)  

     ᄋ If you are writing in English and notarized, or if you are writing in Korean, please receive a translation certificate.

     ᄋ There is no set format, but the contents are that Boo and Mo will entrust SoA to the designated person (state their name and date of birth) when entering and leaving the Philippines.

         * Must be written in English. All names must be the same as the English name on the passport.

3. Other things

  If you are a sibling, you may fill out a consignment form (but the fee will be paid separately).

  I. There is no limit on the number of children that one leader can lead.

  D. Upon arrival, immigration checkpoints confirm this. In principle, non-contributing departures are allowed when leaving the country

       (However, please keep the receipt of the fee when entering the country in case of any accident.)

That I/we guarantee that he/she will not be a public charge against the Philippine  Government;

That I/we, am/are executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the contents  hereof and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
